Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Apply insurance and capital market knowledge to deliver and lead projects for key clients in Life Insurance & Asset Management 
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached as well as appropriate communication with senior stakeholders
• Build long-term customer relationships and help uncover future business opportunities
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including our strategic areas of development, internal knowledge sharing and team event

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, thereof minimum 2 years in management consulting
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Strong understanding of financial services, including key industry trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics
• Proven exposure to asset management, (life) insurance or wealth management is a plus
• Your willingness and ability to perform on a wide range of projects with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
