Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Lead workstreams on projects,  across different business units leveraging AI, project management and industry insurance knowledge and consulting best practices
• Support the scaling and implementation of AI-driven project management methodologies and tools within Allianz Consulting, ensuring alignment with Allianz's strategic goals and fostering innovation across project
• Contribute to business development and client pitches and come up with own strategic proposals
• Provide support to existing clients while ensuring efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to continuously improve Allianz Consulting's capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development

Key requirements/What we hope you bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. A Master's degree is a big plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably within the insurance industry
• Native German speaker or C1 level proficiency in German; proficiency in English is required
• Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Demonstrated expertise in AI frameworks, including experience with AI-powered project management tools, machine learning platforms, and data analytics solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies in project management tasks, such as reporting, project planning, etc. 
• Experience in consulting clients on AI adoption strategies, helping them integrate AI into business processes for successful transformation
• Proven experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and familiarity with AI-enhanced tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms 
• Ability to work in high-demanding environments, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges
