Key responsibilities/You will get to: 

•    Provides consultative support on Actuarial projects 
•    Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
•    Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
•    Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
•    Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 
•    University degree or equivalent experience
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee

Specific requirements that apply for just this position:

•    An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
•    Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
•    Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
•    Your excellent command of English and German that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports 
•    Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
•    Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques

Additional key requirements for the position:

•    Actuarial experience preferably with internal/external consulting  
•    Experience using Excel, VBA, Python, R and/or other programming languages or database management experience 
•    Prior exposure to IFRS and Solvency II requirements would be an advantage 
•    Certification Required: willingness to study towards UK IFoA/German DAV actuarial certification.
