Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Life Insurance Digitalization

Key responsibilities / You will get to:

•    Manage project streams and work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
•    Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
•    Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
•    Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

•    University degree (or equivalent)
•    Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting
•    Solid knowledge of financial services (insurance, banking, asset management)
•    Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
•    Strong stakeholder communication skills across seniority levels
•    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
•    Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. complex functions)
•    Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches (e.g. leveraging AI for analysis, automation, and presentation preparation)
