Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Work with client teams bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are reached; manage communications and project timelines
• Design and develop AI-assisted workflows and output artifacts (e.g. automated analyses, dynamic reports, decision-support tools) tailored to the needs of senior executives and group leadership, using AI tools and platforms to move from brief to polished deliverable with speed and precision
• Act as a practical AI enabler on projects — translating business and HR challenges into structured prompts, agentic workflows, or lightweight tooling, without requiring formal software engineering skills; comfort with iterative, AI-assisted building is essential
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on AI-powered solutions — from org design visualizations to change readiness trackers to executive briefing generators — using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including showcasing AI-driven approaches as a differentiating capability
• Help grow Allianz Consulting's expertise in AI-augmented HR and People & Culture practice, including building reusable assets, prompt libraries, and workflow templates that raise the team's AI fluency
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including knowledge sharing on emerging AI tools and their application to HR transformation topics, and participation in team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Your experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Written & spoken German proficiency is a plus.
