Role Overview:

 

We are currently seeking a Senior People Business Partner who will be responsible for providing People consultancy and advice to managers within the organization in the areas listed below and for execution of People solutions that support the growth of Allianz Services and its overall strategy. Additionally, the position is about helping resolve strategic business issues, promoting Allianz Services development and culture and embedding the Allianz Services values while working closely with the Head of People & Culture, other People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise on shared initiatives as applicable.


What you do:

 

  • Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers, as well as C-level and business leaders in Allianz Services on People tasks and processes
  • Assist and consult managers with appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees concerning all work-related issues
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to drive performance management and talent management cycles
  • Drive recruiting in close collaboration with the Center of Expertise for recruiting and partner with the Mobility team on respective cases
  • Work closely with employee representatives on People topics
  • Play an active role in implementing local People projects and initiatives
  • Keep abreast of latest People industry trends and developments

 

What you bring:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in People & Culture including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner
  • Work experience in the area of compensation management is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Problem solver attitude with good communication and critical thinking skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Excellent MS Office skills required, SAP and Success Factors experience desirable
  • German and English language skills required
  • Ideally work experience in matrix and multinational environment
