About the Job

As a Senior Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Expert within the Digital Resilience function at Allianz Technology, you are the primary expert and point of contact for complex TPRM matters. You lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Allianz Group TPRM Policy, ensure integrated risk governance across all outsourcing lifecycle stages, and provide risk-based guidance to stakeholders across AZ Technology — spanning operational, IT, cybersecurity, privacy, continuity, financial, and compliance risk domains.

What you do:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Allianz Group TPRM Policy within AZ Technology, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness — and support the development and embedding of related governance processes, methodologies, and controls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for all in-scope third-party relationships throughout the full outsourcing lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, change, and exit.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert across all relevant risk domains — providing guidance, policy interpretation, and risk-based recommendations to stakeholders across AZ Technology.
  • Own and manage the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function, ensuring adherence, documentation quality, and timely remediation.
  • Support and follow up on internal and external audits (Group, divisional, regulatory), ensuring preparedness, timely responses, and remediation tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership; contribute to the annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology management and key customers.
  • Provide expert support during outsourcing due diligence, contract negotiations, change processes, and exit planning — ensuring proper TPRM controls at each stage.
  • Work closely with Risk, Data Privacy, Information Security, Legal, Procurement, and Business Continuity to ensure integrated, consistent, and well-documented risk management across all third-party engagements.

What you bring:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in TPRM, outsourcing governance, vendor/contract management, procurement, or relevant risk domains (operational, IT, project, or business risk).
  • University degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing regulations in financial services — particularly DORA, EBA Guidelines, and Allianz Group governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality outputs on time in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; strong structuring and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence across organizational boundaries, resolve conflicts constructively, and work effectively in virtual, international teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience operating risk management tools, reporting platforms, and systems such as ORGS/OpenPages and ServiceNow; advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach to independently researching, assessing, and recommending solutions to complex risk issues.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.

What we offer:

  • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
  • We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).
  • From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.
  • Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.
