In Talent Management, we focus on planning, designing, and executing development initiatives and tools aimed at promoting and retaining talent, as well as establishing sustainable succession planning and development. We develop career development strategies and programs across various seniority levels and implement them globally.

 

What you do

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and steer Global Assessment Centers in collaboration with the Talent Partners. 
  • Independently support team members in various Global Development Programs. 
  • Provide effective assistance in preparing high-quality documents for internal and external presentations, program materials, reports, and newsletters. 
  • Work closely with the Communication Expert in community management, writing, designing, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Manage dedicated Talent Management Projects through effective project management. 
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze data and generate insights for talent development strategies.


What you bring

  • Background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Structured and organized approach to work with a strong attention to details. 
  • Curiosity and learning agility to adapt to new challenges. 
  • Excellent prioritization skills, handling competing priorities under tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • High customer orientation and a pragmatic approach. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, conceptual, and social/communicative skills (oral and written). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
  • Fluent in both English and German (speaking and writing). 
  • Immediate availability and interest in a 4 to 6-month full-time internship (38h/week) or part-time working student (20h/week)
