About the Job
As the Team Lead for Procurement Governance, Operations & Service Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Allianz Technology's procurement standards, oversee the performance & compliance of operational procurement processes which is outsourced to an internal service provider, as well as manage the relationship with the internal customers Global Sourcing & Procurement is serving.. You will lead a small team to develop and implement governance frameworks, optimize procurement operations, and manage service delivery.
What you do
- Define and manage Allianz Technology’s procurement policy framework in alignment with applicable AZ Group standards
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Allianz Technology's standards and policies.
- Monitor adherence to procurement policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee operational procurement activities (compliance & performance) which are outsourced to an internal shared service provider, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and service delivery.
- Oversee operational procurement that is internally outsourced, with a focus on compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financially control service contracts that the central procurement team has with its internal customers to manage Global Sourcing & Procurement balance sheet as internal service provider
- Manage the budget of Global Sourcing & Procurement in AZ Technology
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
What you bring
- Proven experience in procurement governance, operations, and service management within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, experience in Procurement is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Min 5 Years of experience in a similar role with the main focus on Governance related activities
- Studies: Economics, Legal, Supply chain management, Industrial engineering or other technical studies in combination with economics
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
