Allianz Services offers comprehensive insurance operations and E2E business services to Allianz Group.
At Global Mobility Services we provide end-to-end travel, fleet and meeting management products and service solutions to the Allianz Group globally.
Key responsibilities
• Travel Data Analytics: Collect and validate data from business travel providers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create reports that help analyze travel patterns and optimize travel strategies.Event & Meeting Coordination: organizing conferences and meetings
• Assist the Fleet Management Team with process development, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Checking and validating credit card invoice statements
• Procurement Support: Supporting buyers with procurement activities in sourcing tool (onboarding suppliers, conducting vendor integrity screening, creating sourcing event, managing contract workspace, etc.)
• Administrative Assistance: Day-to-day general support
• Internal communication support: Maintain and update the Intranet Space for the Travel & Fleet Portal, ensuring that information is current, accessible, and engaging for employees.
Key requirements
• Enrollment in a German University, or (for an internship) in a gap year
• Previous working experience would be advantageous
• A natural affinity in working with data and technology, proficiency in IT
• Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office suite (especially Teams, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently and a passion for travel
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Languages: English fluent, German is a plus
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
