What you do
- Support strategic procurement expert in carrying out tenders and bid evaluations
- Analyse purchasing volumes, requirements, national and international procurement markets under "Total Cost of Ownership" and "Best Practice" aspects
- Closely cooperate with the responsible strategic procurement expert in the definition and implementation of the product group strategy
- Create, revise and update documents and information (e.g. presentations, project plans, intranet)
- Support in contract and supplier management
What you bring
- Studies in economics or comparable fields
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, as well as basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week).
