AI is reshaping our world. At the AI Marketing Lab, we are leading this change by shaping the AI strategy and internal toolset for Allianz Germany. We’re not just talking the talk; we’re walking the walk by building real solutions.

Joining us as a Working Student (m/f/d) for AI Prototyping & Coaching, you’ll help bring AI to life. Your role is a mix of developer and mentor: you’ll build cutting-edge prototypes and MVPs, and serve as an AI Coach to get the team excited about the future of work.

What you do

Designing high-quality digital content and UX interfaces for our web platforms using state-of-the-art generative AI technologies.
Fast-paced conceptualization and development of AI-based prototypes. You will leverage cutting-edge agentic coding tools like Claude Code to validate and implement ideas in record time.
Serving as a mentor and coach to support employees in integrating AI tools into their daily editorial workflows.
Actively participating in a dedicated learning community to drive knowledge sharing and collective growth in the field of AI.

What you bring

You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Management, UX Design, or a related field.
A fundamental understanding of agile product development (MVP mindset) and the drive to take ownership in managing AI projects.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code and Figma, combined with a strong affinity for low-code/no-code platforms.
A deep interest in AI; initial experience with Python, LangChain, or other AI frameworks is a significant advantage.
The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
You are available to start immediately for a working student position (approx. 6 months, 16–20 hours/week).
