As part of the Data Management & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), you will support critical initiatives that underpin trust, resilience, and operational efficiency across our global network. In this role, you will contribute directly to improving data quality, supporting compliance with regulatory frameworks like DORA, NIS2, and BaFin, and enabling data-based decision-making for senior leadership.

What you do
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across core systems and sources (e.g., CMDB, KPI dashboards, compliance registers).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making across the organization.
- Support audits, documentation updates, and framework mapping efforts (DORA, NIS2, BaFin, GDPR).
- Assist in identifying data quality gaps and propose improvements to data processes and structures.
- Help maintain and optimize the AGN knowledge database for process standardization and transparency.
- Collaborate with experts in security, compliance, infrastructure, and service management.
- Participate in the design and validation of KPIs and success metrics across agile teams.
What you bring
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program in a field related to Business Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI is highly valued; ability to work with large datasets, filters, data models, and DAX formulas.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), APIs, or process automation is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like DORA, BaFin, NIS2, or GDPR is a plus.
- You have a structured, analytical mindset and a passion for clean, meaningful data.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and open to working in an agile and international team.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
