Working Student ESG & Sustainability (m/f/d)

About the Job  

You support the ESG & Sustainability Team of Allianz Technology in the area of sustainable operations, CSRD reporting and sustainability in IT. We offer the opportunity to contribute to Allianz Technology's sustainability agenda while gaining valuable hands-on experience in operations, communication, and environmental reporting. 

What you do 

• Supporting internal sustainability initiatives and projects in the area of own operations
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental data for CSRD reporting
• Preparing documentation for audits, such as process descriptions or controls checklists
• Supporting projects in automation of data management and sustainable practices in IT software and hardware
• Conducting research and preparing presentations
• Communicating sustainability initiatives internally and engaging with Sustainability Community
• Taking over administrative tasks

What you bring

• Passion for sustainability and a strong interest in environmental and social issues, along with a commitment to making a positive impact
• A natural affinity in working with data, technology and AI, proficiency in IT
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing, to various stakeholders
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• A proactive approach to work, coupled with a learning mindset
  
• English proficiency, both written and verbal, German is a plus
• First job experience in the field of sustainability/ESG from internships or working students' activities
• Studies in business administration, environmental science, economics or similar or IT-focused studies, such as data science or similar

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 6 months or longer.
