In this dynamic role, you'll dive deep into the world of strategic IT management and gain firsthand insights into the latest tech trends. You'll work closely with the executive assistants and support both daily operations and forward-thinking strategic issues focused on change processes within IT and technological innovations.
Your contribution is crucial: you'll help turn technological visions into reality and ensure they are executed effectively. You'll gain insight into decision-making processes and meetings at the top management level.
You'll be entrusted with responsible tasks and work independently on your own smaller projects. Ideally, you bring some experience from consulting or IT. Your tasks will also include technical hands-on activities such as building demos or PoCs (Proof of Concepts).

What you do
- Structure extensive work assignments and track IT work packages within the CTO area
- Support the executive assistants of the CTO in daily business regarding IT and innovation topics
- Conceptual preparation, organization, accompaniment, and follow-up of internal and external top management meetings, project appointments, and IT leadership committees and workshops
- Create presentations and other documents in German and English
- Lead smaller strategic sub-projects with your own scope of action
What you bring
- Available immediately for a full-time internship (38h/week) or a working student position for 4 to 6 months
- Impressive academic performance in Bachelor or Master studies
- Relevant internships or working student jobs in consulting or strategic work in companies/startups
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as discretion, commitment, and creativity
- Quick comprehension, goal-oriented and structured work style, with a holistic perspective
- Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills in German and English, advanced MS Office skill
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practicle use
