Working Student Project Management Office (m/f/d)

Supporting project managers and team lead in our area with administrative and controlling activities. Drive agile transformation in our department using JIRA and agile methodologies.
Our Financial Asset Management team supports Allianz companies in investing Allianz assets on the capital market (e.g. shares / loans). Current challenges are migration to MS Azure Cloud as well as the implementation of S/4HANA and further onboardings of Allianz entities.
 

What you do
•    Managing budgets for projects and change requests
•    Creating, analyzing & customizing project cost reports 
•    Supporting team lead with management activities
•    Creating, refreshing, presenting and automating project-relevant tools, templates and documents 
•    Potentially assisting in SAP customizing and other project activities 

What you bring
•    Reliability, diligence as well as analytical and solution-orientated thinking skills
•    Interest in IT and Project Management. Able to work independently, proactively and learn quickly
•    Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel / PowerPoint); knowledge of VBA is preferred
•    German C1 level; able to independently translate German documents to English
•    Knowledge and experience in project management is a plus; long-term engagement
•    Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practicle use
•    You can start beginning of August 2025 and are interested in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
