Our dynamic team is responsible for Project Management in Infrastructure & Governance pillar of the entity. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and comprehensive documentation, along with the creation of up-to-date presentations, reports, and project documentation utilizing Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.. The team offers a stimulating and supportive environment, providing practical experience in project management within a leading technology-focused organization, and presents ample opportunities for professional growth in the tech and digital transformation arena.

 

What you do

 

  • Assist in various project management activities, from project planning to coordination and documentation.
  • Develop and update presentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft 365 (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Support internal communications by drafting and editing documents in both German and English.
  • Collaborate with team members across various technology-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of projects and processes through proactive problem-solving and innovative ideas.

 

What you bring

 

  • Enrollment in a relevant study program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or similar fields).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a keen interest in project management and technology.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
