Working Student - Technical Excellence and Analytics Solutions (m/f/d)

 Reporting to the Head of Technical Excellence and Analytics Solutions, you will be supporting us with our ambitions to enhance our underwriting and pricing capabilities. One of the team’s responsibilities is to harmonize and digitize underwriting workflows worldwide and across all lines of business (Mobility, Travel, Assistance and Health). As part of this initiative, we are developing underwriting tools in cooperation with different project teams in business and IT, hence we need you to support the initiative and the transition phase during the rollout of the new tools.

What you will do as Working Student – Technical Excellence and Analytics Solutions (m/f/d)

 You will be responsible for supporting different parts of the initiative:

• Design and implement transitory solutions in Excel that ensure a smooth rollout of the different tools by bridging potential gaps in functionalities
• Conduct user acceptance tests of the new tools
• Support in user training, e.g., by preparing training material in PowerPoint and organizing courses
• Document and structure user feedback during testing and rollout
• Combining tools documentation
• Users support

What you bring as Working Student – Technical Excellence and Analytics Solutions (m/f/d)

• Currently enrolled in university for the whole period of employment
• Excellent academic achievements
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, pragmatic and result-orientated approach
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in general and of Excel incl. VBA in particular
