The AI4IT team coordinates the GenAI adoption within Allianz Technology and includes a dedicated team for communication and change management activities. As part of our team, you will work closely with the project lead, colleagues from other workstreams, and the Global Corporate Communications team, ensuring that AI4IT communications align with the global communication strategy.
In addition to operational tasks, you will gain insights into the strategy of one of the world’s largest financial services and insurance companies. Join us and make a real difference with your work.
What you do
- Support the AI4IT change and communication team in various communication activities.
- Assist in crafting messages for specific internal target groups to ensure clear and engaging messaging about AI adoption.
- Create multi-channel content formats, including articles, newsletters, podcasts, and social media posts, to engage and interact with key audiences.
- Collaborate with Allianz Technology’s Global Corporate Communication Department to align strategic messages and position AI4IT content globally.
- Organize, support, and follow up on events dedicated to the internal AI community.
- Contribute creative AI-based ideas to improve existing formats or develop new ones.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining the Editorial Calendar, sending email invitations, and managing internal meetings, including stakeholder management for various AI4IT events.
What you bring
- Experience in internal communications, content development, and production.
- A proactive and self-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent social, networking, and intercultural communication skills, along with diligent work ethics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German or any other European language is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative tools (e.g., Miro).
- Prior experience in communications within an international setting and an interest in AI as a topic is beneficial.
- Availability to start immediately and interest in a Working Student position (20 hours/week) for at least 6 months.
