Working Student in Corporate Transactions & Location Development (m/f/d)

About the Job 

The Corporate Transactions & Location Development team in Allianz Technology has the following dual mission:

(1) Enable Allianz Technology to become the single IT provider of the Allianz Group by managing global IT business transfers into Allianz Technology.

(2) Shape the Allianz Technology global footprint by assessing the impact of the Allianz Technology IT service delivery strategy on its locations, including e.g., setting up new entities to enable new/extended business.

What you do

• Support the team in managing internal and external IT business transfers (M&A).
• Contribute to the standardization and industrialization of IT business transfer projects, e.g. by developing and documenting process improvements.
• Interact with international stakeholder environment.
• Preparation of reporting for Allianz Technology Management Team.
• Contribute to the success of Allianz Technology transforming Allianz into a digital group.

What you bring

• Preferred study areas: Economics, Management or similar.
• Interest in Project Management, Business Transformation,  Merger & Acquisition, and /or Organizational Management.
• International experience from working or studying abroad.
• Experience from internships at consulting companies or international corporations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and basic skills in German.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week). 

• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
