Working Student in IT Transformation (m/f/d)

Allianz Partners is Allianz’ operating entity for B2B2C products and services worldwide with subsidiaries around the world. IT Transformation Team is responsible for driving transformation at Allianz Partners on global IT level.

As an intern you will be involved in all ongoing projects of your team as a fully-fledged team member and collaborate with Allianz Partners colleagues of different business functions and locations, while you will be located at our headquarters in Munich.

What you will do as Working Student in IT Transformation (m/f/d)

Through this role, you will have the main following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team in driving global IT transformation programs across functions
• Assist in managing of strategic target platform initiatives to enable Allianz Partners targets achievement
• Structure and define the governance framework to ensure the efficient delivery, tracking and reporting of project tasks, risks and issues with all relevant stakeholder
• Coordinate tracking of performance metrics and planning of project resources, prioritization and investments
• Support the due diligence exercise for IT target platforms selection and planning
• Prepare reporting for target KPIs for focus areas across the organization
• Support in the preparation and follow up of strategic meetings with senior management and board members, including preparation of top management presentations
• Provide ad-hoc support for Top Management requests to the Team

What you bring as Working Student in IT Transformation (m/f/d)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex information combined with high level attention to details
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program or other equivalent university program
• Very good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling presentations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation to work in dynamic projects with a solution-oriented mindset
• Financial acumen and expertise in analyzing financial data, developing business cases, and supporting with strategic financial plans to support IT investment options
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional matrix organization, ideally in consulting, financial industry and/ or transformation project
• Ability to work with AI-driven tools or analytics platforms to support decision-making, reporting, and process optimization
• English is our working language; German, French or Spanish are a plus
