Working Student/Intern Project Support (Transformation Projects) (m/f/d)

About the Job  

We are looking for a motivated Working Student/Intern to support global transformation initiatives in Workplace Services and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role involves assisting with project coordination, data preparation, reporting, documentation, and innovation-related activities.

What you do 

• Support project planning and coordination for Workplace Services & IAM transformation activities
• Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, presentations, and status reports
• Help track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across OEs and internal teams
• Support migration activities with data gathering, readiness checks, and coordination tasks
• Contribute to team integration efforts by helping organize knowledge-sharing materials and onboarding content
• Assist in research and preparation for innovation initiatives (e.g., trend scouting, prototyping support)
• Prepare structured information for KPI reporting

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields)
• Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project tracking tools
• Experience with project management tasks (university or internship)
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools
• Interest in IT transformation, digital workplace, or IAM topics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship (38 h/week) or a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 6 months or longer.
