Department Description & Job Purpose
Join our dynamic Technology, Transformation, and Strategy team within Allianz's Inhouse Consulting division, where we drive innovation and excellence across customer projects and via our service offerings by leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic insights. As a working student, you will support an international team as a “part-time consultant” and contribute to the development of a new service offering and other internal initiatives as well gain valuable project experience within a large-scale initiative. The role provides the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of a new service offering by conducting research, analysis, and supporting the overall setup and coordination.
- Provide support to project teams in a dynamic, international set-up.
- Collaborate with team members to organize meetings and document project progress.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Key requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Interest in technology, consulting methodologies, and strategic development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest to drive initiatives autonomously under the guidance of a consultant or project manager.
- An affinity for solving problems, proactivity and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong skills with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience in IT Transformation or Project Management is a plus, with an understanding of managing project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative projects.
- You can start as of October-November 2025 and are interested in a working student position for at least 6 months - part time (16-20 h/week).
