Working student - Finance Analyst in Planning & Controlling

What you do
Within the Finance Department, reporting to the Head of Costs, Holdings & Platforms Controlling, you will join the team in charge of the costs controlling across Allianz Partners.
You will actively participate to cost monitoring, steering and planning, and contribute to various strategic projects. You are key to contribute to ensure transparency on cost and strong planning & controlling processes.
Your main responibilities:
- Assist the cost controllers in their day to day business on monthly closings for the German entities
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis and studies on the scope of internal costs controlling
- Contribute to Finance function transformation, i.e. continuously improving planning & controlling processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost data
What you bring
- Knowledge of cost accounting and cost controlling through studies or previous experience
- Ongoing education in the area of finance, economics, business administration: business school with strong Accounting/Financial analysis component or Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written), any other language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, team player
- Strong financial and analytical skills and very high focus on accuracy
- Appetence for project management in a complex international environment
- Ability to build and communicate complex data models
- Advanced level skills in Excel, Power Bi and Power Query is a plus
- Preferred start date for this position would be the 1st of February 2026, ability to come to the office in Unterföhring once a week at Wednesday would be requiered
