Motor Claims Specialist

What you do :
- Actively communicates with clients regarding the registration and processing of motor claims.
- Receives and registers insurance claims under the policies managed by the Claims Settlement Department of Allianz Bulgaria Insurance Company.
- Requests, processes, and administers documents certifying the occurrence of an insured event.
- Resolves technical issues in claims settlement in accordance with established internal rules and authority levels.
- Works with relevant information systems.
- Conducts oral and written correspondence with external and internal clients, including but not limited to the Ministry of Interior, the Prosecutor's Office, and other institutions.
What you bring :
- Education – university degree in economics or engineering, or final-year student in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills – daily interaction with clients.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Advantage – experience and knowledge in the insurance industry.
- Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Working level of English.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
