Relationship Manager Business Clients

What you do:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of business clients within the Micro Business segment, strengthening client relationships and increasing the range of products and services utilized.
- Identify and address customer needs, build strong relationships between clients and the Bank, and provide professional and timely service to all clients within the assigned portfolio.
- Be responsible for achieving individual targets and business plans, including business volumes, credit portfolio quality, revenues, number of active clients, and other annual performance indicators.
- Manage relationships with company owners and managers within the assigned portfolio and further develop their relationship with the Bank as individual customers.
- Actively seek and acquire new clients, primarily legal entities, by organizing meetings, including outside the bank branch, to attract new business.
- Participate in the lending process by advising clients on the Bank’s credit products, preparing proposals and offers, conducting creditworthiness assessments in accordance with internal procedures, collecting and analyzing documentation, and preparing loan agreements and other required documents.
What you bring:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector or in an accounting/finance-related role working with corporate clients.
- Knowledge of corporate lending and credit products.
- Basic understanding of the regulatory framework, including banking legislation, banking accounting principles, and general business activities.
- Good command of English is considered an advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, reliability, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
