In your role as Agile Transformation Lead, you will report to the Regional Head of People & Culture and you will drive change initiatives, fostering engagement, and facilitating community involvement across Allianz Central Europe.

You will promote an agile mindset, providing expertise in engagement methodologies, identifying key transformation areas for the region, developing functional communities, engaging stakeholders, and advocating for transformation measures in a multicultural setup.

What you do:

  • champion and cultivate an agile mindset throughout the organization: you will kickstart the process with a team of around 60 colleagues, supporting the Regional Leadership Team in their interactions with multiple countries, and spreading this agile mindset across the regional communities spanning 11 countries. This approach aims to foster collaboration, drive change, and empower employees to embrace new ways of working and thinking.
  • create engaging and dynamic meeting and workshop experiences through the use of your expertise in innovative engagement and facilitation methodologies, including Agile practices and offer advice to leaders and teams on agile frameworks and cutting-edge techniques to boost collaboration and achieve meaningful results across the organization.
  • collaborate with the Regional Management Team to identify key areas for change that align with our goals
  • enhance functional communities and foster agile ways of working to ensure collaboration and implementation of change programs
  • act as the primary contact for stakeholders, communicate transformation measures across various channels, and continuously evaluate engagement activities to provide recommendations for improvement and innovation
  • enhance the organization's agility and innovation by staying informed about emerging trends in engagement and facilitation

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management and Business Coaching, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience
  • Proven Methodology Expertise (Agile, Design Thinking, etc.) and certification is required
  • +5 years of demonstrated experience in facilitation and engagement, with a focus on methodologies like agile
  • +5 years of leading transformation or change programs in a multicultural environment
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building skills, with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic Consulting skills
  • Proficiency in English is a must, while proficiency in other languages spoken in the region would be a plus
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT 

 

 

Job information:

Start date: asap | Working hours: 40 hours per week | Location: ICON Towers - directly at Vienna Central Station, 1100 Vienna |

Annual gross salary: 90,000 EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
