Purpose of the role:

Support the Regional CEO, Regional Board, and all OE Boards across Central Europe to drive business transformation via cultural change to enable and support the delivery of our growth strategy.

 

What you do:

Program & Methodology Development

  • Define and continuously develop the business and cultural transformation approach and methodology for Allianz Central Europe
  • Design programmatic transformation approaches that connect directly to business priorities and growth strategy
  • Integrate organizational development perspectives and approaches for sustainable organizational learning 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive transformation roadmap for the region

 

Facilitation & Leadership Support

  • Design and facilitate workshop formats that drive leadership engagement and business outcomes
  • Moderate and orchestrate cross-functional and pan-regional transformation initiatives
  • Serve as sparring partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders through peer-to-peer exchange
  • Co-create transformation concepts with Board members, CEOs, and leadership teams

 

Execution & Network Building

  • Lead and orchestrate transformation projects and initiatives end-to-end
  • Build advocacy and buy-in for transformation methodologies across the organization
  • Establish and sustain a volunteer network to support transformation activities
  • Build and maintain a network of supporters and champions across the region
  • Support functional community heads in networking and collaboration efforts
  • Collaborate closely with Board, CEOs, HR, and Communications teams

 

What you bring:

  • Consulting background with proven track record in business transformation
  • Broad business experience across different functions within Allianz, having worked in multiple roles and areas
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and how transformation drives business results
  • Expertise in participative methodologies that build leadership accountability and foster pan-regional and cross-functional collaboration
  • Agile mindset with hands-on experience in agile working methods
  • Program and project management skills
  • Passion for developing organizations and people
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Knowledge in systemic organizational development is an advantage

Job information:

Start date: asap | Working hours: 40 hours per week | Location: ICON Towers - directly at Vienna Central Station, 1100 Vienna |

Annual gross salary: 90,000 EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
