As the Collaborative Transformation & Systemic Coaching Lead, reporting to the Regional Head of People & Culture, you will be a catalyst for cultural and operational transformation across Allianz Central Europe. This role blends agile leadership with systemic coaching to foster deep collaboration, empower communities, and enhance ways of working across 11 countries.You will champion an agile and systemic mindset, facilitate meaningful engagement, and guide leaders and teams through change with empathy, clarity, and purpose

 

What you do

 

Transformation & Collaboration

  • Lead regional change initiatives that promote agile and systemic thinking.
  • Support the Regional Leadership Team and 60+ colleagues in cultivating collaborative behaviours and new ways of working.
  • Identify transformation opportunities aligned with strategic goals and co-create solutions with stakeholder

 

Systemic Coaching & Facilitation

  • Apply systemic coaching principles to help teams and leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and unlock collective intelligence.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and meetings using agile, design thinking, and systemic methodologies.
  • Offer coaching and advisory support to leaders, enabling them to lead with clarity and compassion

 

Community Building & Engagement

  • Develop and nurture functional communities that drive innovation and shared learning.
  • Create inclusive engagement formats that resonate across cultures and roles.
  • Act as a connector between teams, functions, and countries to foster cross-regional collaboratio

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary contact for transformation stakeholders.
  • Communicate change measures across multiple channels with transparency and impact.
  • Continuously evaluate engagement activities and recommend improvements based on feedback and trends.

 

What you bring:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, Business Coaching, or HR.
  • Certification in Agile, Design Thinking, or Systemic Coaching.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation, facilitation, and coaching in multicultural environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic consulting skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT 

 

 

Job information:

Start date: asap | Working hours: 40 hours per week | Location: ICON Towers - directly at Vienna Central Station, 1100 Vienna |

Annual gross salary: 90,000 EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
