What you do

 

Allianz Holding eins is looking for part time/ full time interns for 6 months to support the progress of importantprojects and initiatives in the CEO area. You will be part of an international team and your main responsibilitieswill be:

 

  • Event Organization: Assist in planning and organizing diverse events hosted by the regional CEO area for theteam and the regional community, including coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and providing on-site support to ensure smooth execution

 

  • Analytical and Presentation Tasks: Conduct feedback analysis, create PowerPoint presentations, andperform diverse analytics as required, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-makingprocesses

 

  • Operational efficiency: Perform diverse tasks to support the CEO in an efficient working mode, includingcollaboration with the regional team on open to dos to ensure tasks get done.

 

What you bring:

  • University enrollment (Bachelor/Master) preferably in areas of Business Administration, Finance,Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent
  • Prior working experiences through internships would be a plus
  • Fluency in English and German; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional user skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, strong team player
  • Ability to work independently after being provided initial guidance
  • Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence
  • Permit for working in Austria
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT

 

 

Job information:

Start date: asap | Working hours: 20/40 hours per week | Location: ICON Towers - directly at Vienna Central Station, 1100 Vienna |

Monthly gross salary: 2.800 €/month on the full-time basis. The duration of an internship can be prolonged above 6months in case of mutual interest.
