Job Purpose/Role
In this role, you will focus on Property & Casualty performance steering in the region, including driving productivity and growth initiatives and monitoring the respective Key Performance Indicators. You will also support dedicated Operating Entities. In addition, you will contribute to the regular closing processes in the P&C segment and support the preparation of local and regional Planning and Strategic Dialogues. Furthermore, you will support and contribute to specific projects within your area of responsibility.
What you do:
- Performance steering for segment with specific focus on Property & Casualty business as well as dedicated OE’s in the region.
- Contribute to regular closing processes with focus on P&C
- Drive regional performance improvement programmes and ensure execution of agreed management actions; lead cross-country performance reviews and challenge operating entities on productivity, growth and profitability initiatives; coordinate and influence finance stakeholders across 11 operating entities
- Steer regional strategic and planning dialogue preparation.
- Identify value creation opportunities across the region.
- Develop executive-level management insights and recommendations and present analyses and recommendations directly to Regional CFO, Country CFOs and senior business leadership.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within performance management.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Corporate Planning, Performance Steering, or Financial Management in an international organization.
- Proficiency in business English. Proficiency in German and/or other languages in the CE region is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work autonomously within pre-defined scope of work.
- Strong team player spirit and ability to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds, functions and cultures.
- Proficiency with Excel and Power Point as well as experience with financial data modelling and dashboarding.
- P&C Actuary or strong mathematical/quantitative background is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and MS Copilot.

Annual gross salary: 100,000 EUR (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
