About the Job
As a Commercial Service Manager in Global Software Procurement (GSW), you will oversee the financial and operational aspects of software reselling to the Operating Entities (OEs) of Allianz Group. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring transparency in processes, and managing cost allocation and invoicing cycles efficiently. You will act as a bridge between the Global Software Procurement department and internal customers, account managers, and the finance department of Allianz Technology Swiss branch.
What you do
- Oversee the Global Software reselling process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Monitor invoicing lifecycle, ensuring proper cost allocation and transparency.
- Collaborate with finance and GSW teams to support budget planning with market insights.
- Manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and updates on key deals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with Allianz regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities to grow the service portfolio through demand consolidation.
What you bring
- Strong background and knowledge in finance and accounting, procurement, and service management within complex organizations.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations and customer relationships in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with software market dynamics and trends is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and improve customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
