Assistance Specialist

Twój zakres obowiązków

· przyjmowanie i rejestracja zgłoszeń telefonicznych od klientów, którym potrzebna jest pomoc medyczna oraz domowa w Polsce

· organizacja pomocy dla klientów przy wykorzystaniu naszych systemów operacyjnych i siatki usługodawców w Polsce i Europie (np. organizacja teleporady, wizyty lekarskiej, rehabilitacji ale także hydraulika, ślusarza i technika urządzeń grzewczych)

· udzielanie odpowiedzi na zapytania klientów składane innymi kanałami, np. poczta, email, elektroniczny formularz

Nasze wymagania

· lubisz rozmawiać z ludźmi i im pomagać

· bardzo dobrze znasz język polski

· angażujesz się w postawione przed Tobą zadania

· jesteś gotowy / gotowa do pracy w trybie zmianowym (w tym w niedziele i święta), na podstawie grafiku, aktualnie 6-23

· dobrze współpracujesz w grupie
