Key responsibilities/What you do
RSA Network Project Management - Drive scoping and management of RSA Initiatives for Network Management. - Define business case and roadmap in alignment with central departments (Procurement, PMI, OM, UW, etc.) and local Business Units. - Ensure tracking of implementation and update project documentation accordingly. - Drive savings definition and regular update with BUs, in alignment with the Allianz Savings Methodology. - Support in the preparation of the relevant presentation support for key stakeholder meetings (e.g. with RSA LoB). - Collaborate with other Network Management colleagues to ensure close alignment with other initiatives and dependencies. - Foster the implementation and dissemination of Best Practices within the Network and Ops Management team, function, and other departments involved in Network projects. - Act as preferred point of contact with internal Departments / stakeholders on all initiatives under their scope (e.g. LoB, PMI, UW, OM, Transformation, Run, etc.).
RSA Network Run Project Management / BU Flying Squad - Drive scoping and management of RSA Network Run initiatives with a view to improving performance and quality in selected Business Units (remediation programs). - Lead clarification of as is situation, including KPI monitoring. - Work with local Network and Ops contacts to define improvements actions. - Coordinate implementation of said actions and monitor KPI progress. - Maintain project documentation up to date and prepare presentation support for relevant steering committees. Transform RSA Network Management Act as driver of the RSA & Mobility Network Management transformation: - Define target models for Network Management set-up in BUs e.g. recommended number of providers depending on case volumes and geographies - Define target models for Network Management team set-up within Allianz Partners - Lead New Network Models definition and implementation (e.g. Network Franchising Models, Own Fleet, Provider marketplace, etc.). Global Standards & Governance - Define, implement, communicate and monitor implementation of Network Management global standards for RSA. - Continuously enrich Global Standards with best practices identified throughout the group. |
- Support the closing of Audit findings for Network Management as needed.

Key requirements/What you bring You will have the responsibility to steer RSA & Mobility Network Initiatives with a view to achieve external spend savings and/or customer satisfaction improvements.
Network Management Expertise: A strong understanding of network management principles, including the ability to oversee and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Project Management skills: Experience in planning and executing assistance network-related projects, including system upgrades, expansions, and integrations.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with assistance technologies and platforms, such as telecommunication systems, contact center solutions, and customer support tools.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to assistance services, such as GDPR, data privacy, and customer service best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, assistance suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Experience 7 years minimum in Project Management / Consulting Excellent English skills, French/German a plus
