RSA Network Manager

The RSA Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, performance, and cost-effectiveness of the Roadside Assistance (RSA) service provider network in Poland. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, customer-oriented services through continuous improvement, strategic supplier management, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in aligning local network activities with global guidelines, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting business growth through reliable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development & Supplier Management
- Oversee the development of the RSA service provider network to support business needs and client expectations.
- Manage team of own fleet, Help on the phone team
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Negotiate service provider costs, approve price lists, and select suppliers to maintain external costs within budget.
- Conduct regular reviews, performance audits, and evaluations of service providers.
- Ensure network data accuracy in the company’s systems (e.g., Pola.NET).
Service Quality & Performance Management
- Set quality standards for RSA services and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Implement corrective actions and improvement plans where necessary.
- Promote a customer-focused culture ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Support case management processes to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
Cost Management & Continuous Improvement
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high service quality.
- Analyze cost trends and develop strategies to reduce claims costs and leakage.
- Prepare reports on network performance and external costs for local and regional management.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Representation
- Support business partner relations by providing network insights and attending business meetings.
- Represent the company in meetings with, and partners.
- Ensure local compliance with global RSA network guidelines and procedures.
- Strog collaboration with local and group stakeholders
People Management & Operational Risk
- Lead, motivate, and develop employees within the RSA section to ensure engagement and performance.
- Manage operational risk by minimizing potential losses resulting from external events or internal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role involving service provider network management and negotiations or similar position
- Strong knowledge of the geographical and economic specifics of Poland and the RSA industry.
- Proven ability to negotiate, manage suppliers, and deliver on KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with service management platforms (e.g., ABS) is an asset.
- Very good command of English and Polish (spoken and written).
