We are seeking a passionate and driven Governance & Transformation Manager to play a key role in coordinating projects, steering performance and driving strategic initiatives across the Business Entity Allianz Partners Austria & the South Eastern Europe countries. What you do

  • Provide support directly to the Managing Dircetor and the wider leadership team in all areas of responsibility as required and adhoc requests
  • Draft and prepare relevant communications documents, including, e.g. Powerpoint presentations, decision proposals, steering dashboards
  • Support local top management in budgeting/planning process, tracking & analysing of Financials & Sales Revenues
  • Ensuring an effective and efficient execution of various projects and strategic initiatives around performance and digital transformation
  • Responsible for clear internal rules, definitions and tracking of governance processes
  • Managing physical meetings and web conferences and events, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and follow-ups
  • Prepare qualitative materials for decision-making forums in alignment with local top management
  • Steering & organisation of audit & compliance requests in alignment with local top management
  • Strong regional and international collaboration with varios stakeholders and customers along the value chain

 

What you bring

  • Good stakeholder management and being capable in dealing with Board / Senior Management
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken), additional language (e.g. Hungarian, Romanian or Croation) is a Plus
  • Very good communication skills, precise written skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong in building reliable networks
  • Team player, commitment and cooperation
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as the excellent ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • High level of confidentiality and trust
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Management
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT and/or Copilot
