As a Service Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in professionally handling all travel insurance-related inquiries from end customers and business partners. You will utilize your expertise in our products and services to provide exceptional support and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Calculation of Offers: efficiently manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, actively addressing client and business partner inquiries
  • Policy conclusion:  Ensure high-quality offers and di-ligently follow up until policy conclusion using the Allianz Partners System environment (AgentMax, ABS).
  • Contract Processing and Administration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-grade end-to-end policy processing. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service for all inquiries from Allianz Partners' end customers and business partners. Respond with courtesy and punctuality, de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers through patient assistance and support.
  • Technical and Strategic Support: Actively contribute to the improvement of technical infrastructure and digital tools that enhance daily business operations and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Participate in the deve-lopment of cross-domain solutions, combining know-ledge of business processes, technological options, and process facilitation techniques with other service center units and departments

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong phone and verbal abilities
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in German and confident in English
  • Advanced proficiency in telephone operations and Office 365
  • Experienced in customer support: skilled in handling challenging clients and maintaining high service orientation
  • Interest in insurance and familiarity with the tourism sector
  • Adaptable to diverse personality types, with a genuine enjoyment in customer interactions
  • Self-organized, structured and capable of effective multi-tasking and time management
  • High resilience in dynamic environmen

 

For this position we offer an annual gross salary of 50.000,-€ (incl. bonus). Depending on education and work experience there is could be a salary adjustment.
