Aufgaben:
• Annahme und Weiterleitung der eingehenden Anrufe im Rahmen unserer Assistance-Leistungen ( Technik/Auto/Home/Medizin) 1st Level
• Unterstützung unserer mehrsprachigen Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben und der Organisation /Weiterbearbeitung der Hilfsleistungen im In- und Ausland.
Qualifikation:
• Gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch, gutes Englisch
• Weitere Fremdsprachen sehr erwünscht
• Verlässlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit
• Offene Persönlichkeit, gute Umgangsformen und Engagement im Team und im Kundenkontakt
Wir bieten:
• Beschäftigungsdauer: 1 – 3 Monate zwischen Juli und September 2026 möglich
• EUR 2.059,41 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Wochenstunden)
• Arbeitszeit: von Montag – Freitag
• Zeitrahmen: 09:00 Uhr – 17:30 Uhr (Call Center) – 8,5 Stunden /Tag (davon 30 Min Mittagspause)
