We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Broker Manager to oversee and grow our insurance broker network. This role is key to building strategic relationships, supporting our brokers with tools and training, and driving growth through effective distribution strategies.

Key responsibilities:

📈 Manage and develop the broker network within your assigned portfolio

🚀 Monitor client and partner performance and support planning and analysis activities

🤝Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing insurance brokers and key clients

📊 Identify opportunities to improve sales, client relationships, and operational efficiency

🙏 Explore new market opportunities and initiate collaboration across departments when needed

🧾 Promote cross-selling and up-selling of insurance products

🌟 Ensure the execution of business plans within your area of responsibilit

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or economic field

📈 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position

🤝 AZN license for performing insurance agency business

💻 advanced knowledge of MS tools and handling a personal computer

🌟 Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

🛫Travel: Category B driving test
