About the Job
Corporate Information Security (CIS) is the core department and central driver for Information Security Governance in Allianz Technology SE. The division is tasked to continue evolving a strong security organization, establishing global security solutions and countermeasures, and overseeing the effectiveness and guiding the implementation of security controls. The CIS function at Allianz Technology helps to protect the organization's digital assets, maintain customer trust, and support business continuity.
As Information Security Program Manager, you will ensure smooth execution and drive successful delivery of various information security projects across our global organization that are part of our transformation journey within the information security area.
What you do
- Contribute to the success of our information security transformation by overseeing a diverse portfolio of global information security change initiatives (programs and projects), ensuring compliance with Allianz Technology standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive program/project management, including defining milestones, value added and success criteria, KPIs and OKRs, ensuring resource and budget allocation, monitoring progress and quality of deliverables, and providing transparent and timely reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across Allianz Technology and our internal customers to ensure seamless alignment, transparent and timely communication and agility to anticipate and address risks and dependencies early on.
- Provide information security and program management consulting to and liaison with relevant stakeholders (e.g., IT, other safeguarding functions, other Allianz organizational entities).
- Be an ambassador of change across Allianz Technology, promoting knowledge and awareness of Allianz Technology information security requirements in service and business processes.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology or related fields with University degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in driving information security / information technology change portfolio, overseeing transformational projects/programs in complex global enterprise environments, with Information Security components. Ideally, you are PMP (or higher) certified.
- Track record in managing functional communities based on excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of European regulatory requirements in the financial sector (preferably insurance), including DORA and NIS2.
- Agile mindset with practical experience in agile methodologies. Ability to cope with high workload, and being able to exercise high levels of independence, judgment and initiative.
- Strong understanding of Information Security technologies, architecture, and processes, including information security management systems and relevant industry standards (in particular ISO270xx, COBIT5/2019).
- Proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Experience in applying GenAI in daily work, understanding its strengths and limitations.
