Sales and Service Consultant
Canberra University Campus | Casual Opportunity | 8 Hours per Week (2 x 4-hour Shifts)

About the Role
As the Sales and Service Consultant, you will be the face of Allianz Partners on campus, supporting students and stakeholders with health insurance products and services while strengthening relationships across the university community. You will play a key role in customer engagement, sales support, orientation activities, stakeholder management, reporting, and market insight gathering.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Deliver exceptional service to members, clients, and associates.
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information on Allianz Partners health insurance products and services.
- Support clients with product education and onboarding.
- Monitor and escalate customer feedback, issues, and complaints as appropriate.
- Ensure accessibility to Allianz Partners services during peak periods.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders, including Finance, Administration, Student Support, Marketing, and Health Services teams.
- Liaise with direct billing medical providers and monitor supplies of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Support provider relationships and ensure awareness of customer service locations and operating times.
- Assist with activities associated with preferred provider agreements.
Campus Engagement & Sales Support
- Coordinate and support orientation and student engagement activities.
- Promote attendance at orientation events and undertake post-orientation follow-up activities.
- Assist with presentations, information sessions, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with student associations and campus groups to improve awareness and uptake of Allianz Partners products.
- Support research and identification of local promotional and engagement opportunities.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry.
- Complete weekly and monthly activity reports and customer service logs.
- Provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders to support positive customer outcomes.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends within the campus environment.
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Allianz Partners health insurance products and services.
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and service provisions to customers and stakeholders.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, stakeholder engagement, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse groups.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
