Executive, Policy Servicing

Job Summary:
In charge for policy servicing (Financial and Non-Financial) request and policy benefits requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of service standard
- To assess Reinstatement and policy changes requests (financial and non-financial) and policy benefits requests.
- To assist in assessment on substandard cases and ensure that proper risk assessment is done
- To ensure the deferment issue on time and resolve all deferments on time
- Ensure compliance of Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA 2013), SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies; to ensure SOPs are updated and minimum non-conformities for all audits
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of policy administration, reinstatement processing, and policy benefit servicing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSA 2013, Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
