Claims Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a management controlling system to monitor and track ordinary business and strategic project initiatives
- Monitor the results of initiatives and assess their impact on financial statements
- Collaborate with other Units within the Claims Department and global operating entities to deploy the initiatives of the Plan
- Update and revise priorities listed in the Plan based on observed results of initiatives
- Suggest additional initiatives to ensure the achievement of targets identified in the Plan
- Coordinate reporting preparation and updates at the Allianz Group level
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Master's degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of previous working experience; if in a consultancy environment ( e.g. Planning & Controlling, M&A, or equivalent) would be a plus
- Proactive approach in collaborating with other business functions
- Excellent knowledge of:
- SAS application platform, particularly SAS Base and SAS Macro programming languages and the Output Delivery System (ODS) module
- Microsoft Office™ tools and VBA programming language
- SQL language
- Power BI and reporting platforms
- Celonis software and process mining analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Basic Knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools would be a plus
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the gross annual remuneration applicable to the position offered is € 34435,23 gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
