Case Manager

Key Responsibilities
Through this role, you will have the main following responsibilities:
- Handle incoming medical emergency cases from customers travelling abroad.
- Provide professional advice, support, and assistance to customers via phone and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and manage case information, ensuring accurate documentation of all actions taken in the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and assistance partners worldwide.
- Organize and coordinate medical repatriations and other emergency travel assistance services.
- Assess situations, prioritize urgent cases, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience during critical situations.
- Leverage artificial intelligent (AI) and technology tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain high service standards while managing multiple cases in a fast-paced international environment.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, or university degree is preferred.
- Fluent German, French and English language skills are required. Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
- Good geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate international locations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Highly motivated to take ownership and responsibility for customer cases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Willingness to work flexibly in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks.
- Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service during emergency situations.
