The CEO Office supports the Chief Executive Officer in leading and steering the company – setting the strategic direction, coordinating across the leadership team, and driving the organization's transformation. The team acts as a central point of connection between the CEO and the wider organization, ensuring priorities are aligned, decisions are well prepared, and the company's goals and objectives are met. We aim to deliver quality support that enables strong leadership, thus supporting our ambition to become the best technology partner in the insurance industry!
What you do
- Direct support of the Head of the CEO Office in daily business operations and in steering CEO priorities
- Close collaboration with the wider CEO Office team (executive and personal assistants)
- Creation, revision, and standardization of presentations and decision templates for the CEO
- Appointment and meeting management for the Head of the CEO Office and the office team
- Support for the CEO Office in the implementation and monitoring of strategic and transformation initiatives
- Assistance in the preparation of reports and analyses to evaluate the impact of process and organizational changes and optimizations
- Project work to expand the communication strategy for the CEO
- Coordination and execution of internal events
- Support for correspondence and operational communication
What you bring
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in communication studies, human resources management, business administration, information management, information science, business psychology, business education, or a related field
- You are a strong communicator, proactive, and work independently and conscientiously
- Your strengths include solution-oriented, structured work and organizational skills – even under pressure
- You handle sensitive information with discretion and treat confidential matters appropriately
- You are confident with MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, for creating and refining presentations
- You enjoy working with modern digital communication media and channels
- Fluency in English and German completes your profile
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use, ideally with hands-on experience of AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with workflow automation tools, in particular Microsoft Power Automate, is an advantage
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
