Job Purpose:  

As Associate, Portfolio within the Portfolio Team of PIMCO Prime Real Estate (PPRE), you will be a trusted partner and colleague to a team of Senior Portfolio Managers in charge of the relationship with Allianz Investors in France and Benelux.

As such, you will have a pivotal role in preparing investor relevant portfolio presentations and analyses to support decision making for a real estate portfolio worth 8bn+ EUR. In this transversal role, you are exposed to virtually all departments across the entire value chain of Real Estate Asset Management.

The position is based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann.

Your Role:

You will report to the Portfolio Team Head and will be:

• Under the supervision of Senior Team Members, you are a pivotal role to the team, responsible for preparing investor presentations and all needed analyses.
• You are ensuring quality of analyses and presentations for a high degree of customer satisfaction
• You have a transversal role within the organization, in touch with Asset Management, Acquisition/sales and Development Teams you will support Portfolio Manager in coordinating collection of relevant information and data points for investor presentations.
• You will be responsible for designated portfolio analyses for the investors in scope.

Your Background/Skills:

• Master in Management/Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of related experience; especially Real Estate experience or curriculum is appreciated
• Proven experience in analysis of complex real estate datasets/KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Problem-solving attitude
• Team Player
• Excellent mastering of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, PowerBI), experience of market place Real Estate systems (Argus) is a plus
• Strong autonomy, curiosity, eagerness to learn
• Fluent in both English and Frenc
