Position Cluster:  Allianz Executive
The role Reports directly to the MNC Credit Director. Leads credit relationship management for strategic global programs.
Works together with the Program Director, Regional MNC teams and MNC central team to manage the credit strategy for complex and demanding global programs within MNC. Responsible for ensuring the profitability of the program together with strong customer service performance."
Main tasks "•With Sales Manager design and implementation of World Programmes
• With RAD and Account Management designs the structure and implements the renewal strategy for World Programmes
• Sets and Aligns the programme strategy with Account Manager/PUW and keeps close contact with the customers and the borkers though regular meetings and calls
• Managing directly a portfolio of World Programmes
• Actively manages the risk portfolio - where appropriate, develop/implement corrective actions on sensitive risks
• Supports business development, pitching new customers, auditing credit risk management procedures
• Reports to Management committee and Central Team on a regular basis.
• Reports to RRC on a half yearly basis
• Actively steers large claim cases globally
• Engages Strategic Risk Underwriters
• Manages a team of Regional Risk Managers (Programme Risk Managers)"

'- Support global programme acquisition and renewal with tailor-made underwriting, while protecting bottom line.
- Drive close cooperation with region and business units in region
- Arbitrate betwen commercial and risk sensitivity
- Communicate to complex organisations
- Manage program requirements across MNC LoBs.

Future challenges :
- Implement MNC Credit Strategy. Ensures the highest  quality and reliability of our credit underwriting process and performance to secure profitable MNC growth
-  Build a high level of trust  with customers and brokers to secure profitble growth.
-  Align action and strategy with the  regional and local BU RD's.  Build strategic relationship with key regional stakeholders.
- Engage Strategic Credit Underwriters and Program Credit Managers :  leverage on local and regional management to provide best and fast credit decisions".

Knowledge / Experiences / Competencies required Nice to have
"• Expert knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations
• Expert knowledge of risk management, including underwriting and risk governance
• Expert knowledge of business analysis techniques and financial assessment skills
• Advanced knowledge of international insolvency and claims and collection practices, including relavent quality standards
• Advanced ability to assess claims, taking into account contractual parameters
• Advanced knowledge of geopolitics including on emerging markets
• Advanced ability to communicate well via all mediums (eg. email, phone) and at all levels of an organisation within a multicultural setting
• Advanced ability to convince stakeholders in discussion and presentation of ideas and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

Total compensation range:

$145,000 - $165,000

 

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
