This role leads high-impact, data-driven projects within the Agency Division to enhance business performance through digitization, strategic initiatives, and collaboration. Core responsibilities include conducting business analysis, aligning projects with company objectives, interpreting performance data to generate actionable insights, and initiating new projects based on findings. The role requires developing strategies informed by market trends, managing performance metrics, and fostering effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement for optimal business outcomes.
'1. Lead Strategic Projects: Drive key initiatives in digitization and data utilization to enhance agency performance.
2. Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
3. Project Alignment: Ensure all projects are strategically aligned with company objectives and goals.
4. Performance Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret performance metrics to produce actionable insights that support decision-making.
5. Initiate New Projects: Identify and initiate new projects based on data analysis and business needs.
6. Strategy Development: Create business strategies informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and data insights.
7. Performance Management: Track, monitor, and report on project performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
9. Communication and Reporting: Develop and execute communication plans, providing transparent project updates and performance reports across teams.
10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of improvement by using data insights to refine strategies, processes, and outcomes
Qualifications
1. Project Leadership: 5+ years managing strategic, high-impact projects, with a focus on performance improvement and digital transformation, ideally in insurance or financial services.
2. Business & Data Analysis: Expertise in conducting business analysis, interpreting data for insights, and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Data-Driven Strategy: Skilled in using performance metrics and data insights to guide decisions and initiate new projects.
4. Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven experience in aligning projects with business goals and developing actionable strategies.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success and alignment.
6. Performance Management: Track, analyze, and improve project outcomes through data-backed performance metrics.
7. Clear Communication & Reporting: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating transparent, impactful project reports for diverse audiences.
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
