Role Overview
This role leads high-impact, data-driven projects within the Agency Division to enhance business performance through digitization, strategic initiatives, and collaboration. Core responsibilities include conducting business analysis, aligning projects with company objectives, interpreting performance data to generate actionable insights, and initiating new projects based on findings.
The role also requires developing strategies informed by market trends, managing performance metrics, and fostering effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement for optimal business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Projects: Drive key initiatives in digitization and data utilization to enhance agency performance.
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Project Alignment: Ensure all projects are strategically aligned with company objectives and goals.
- Performance Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret performance metrics to produce actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Initiate New Projects: Identify and initiate new projects based on data analysis and business needs.
- Strategy Development: Develop business strategies informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and data insights.
- Performance Management: Track, monitor, and report on project performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and execute communication plans, providing transparent project updates and performance reports across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by using data insights to refine strategies, processes, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Project Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing strategic, high-impact projects, with a focus on performance improvement and digital transformation, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Business & Data Analysis: Expertise in conducting business analysis, interpreting data for insights, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Communication & Reporting: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating clear and impactful project reports for diverse audiences.
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
