About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical leader to support the growth of our Property & Casualty (P&C) business. This role combines strategic planning, portfolio performance management, and operational leadership, playing a critical part in driving business results and improving commercial effectiveness.

You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, shape strategic initiatives, and ensure efficient policy operations aligned with service and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Strategy & Performance Management

  • Drive business performance by supporting the achievement of key targets (e.g., GWP, COR)
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across channels
  • Develop actionable insights from market and competitor intelligence to inform strategy
  • Partner with local and regional teams on business planning, reporting, and strategic projects
  • Recommend initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and long-term business growth

2.  Business Planning & Project Execution

  • Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance channel performance
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure effective delivery against targets
  • Provide structured analysis to support decision-making for senior management

3.  Commercial Operations & Policy Management

  • Lead the policy management function to ensure high service quality, productivity, and SLA achievement
  • Oversee quotation, policy issuance, and endorsement processes (non-motor lines)
  • Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and timely delivery to clients and partners
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency

    Coordinate with underwriting, distribution, and operations teams for seamless execution 4. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and develop the policy operations team to achieve performance and service standards
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in general insurance (P&C), commercial roles, or business management
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in portfolio management and performance analysis
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience managing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and distribution channels Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in leading teams or managing operations functions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Exposure to regional reporting or multinational environments
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools or AI solutions (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus
